Disney Frozen Free Fall Game App Reviews

I play this game a lot but have got to a point that after beating so many levels they make you pay $1 to move on or wait 24 hours. Seriously considering deleting the app and playing two dots again.

This used to be an incredibly fun game to play, but just like others, I cannot advance past level 246 spring due to the horns not working. I will no longer play until it is fixed.

Very up set with this game and the support team. I bought two packages when they were on sale. Then couple days later there was an up date which I did. When I went back into frozen free fall my stuff I bought was gone except for a couple thing That also included lives I accumulated support never e mailed back. Reported it to apple support and they never got back either. Will never buy anything again. Very upset!

I love this this game. Some levels are more challenging then others.

Always frozen stoped but now in new update became so bad..this is problem of this game...new update has big problem

New app fixed the freezing issue with Facebook, but now Ive lost the Anna and Elsa Frozen Fever characters that I had unlocked previously and have to buy them to get them back. It appears Im not the only one with this problem. Seems pretty shady to force people to pay for items that we have already earned in the game.

I just spent money to buy more snowballs while on the 4th step on the bonus games. Then there was a glitch. Im so mad. I want my money back!!! You guys owe me $10!

After the new update level 281 in seasons is still not working. The snow from the horns wont move the pieces needed to be dropped. Love the game but cant continue to play if I cant beat the level.

How do you reach support? Playing levels to build castle and fireworks (level 5) locked and would honor 4 in row or allow to continue without missing turn which kicked you out of contention. Disappointed. Love it otherwise.

I have been playing this game for quite sometime now and its been working great until 2 updates ago I cant get off level 281. The objects that you are supposed to drop down are stuck. They do not move. I check the app everyday to see if its fixed and nope nothing yet. Very frustrating. PLEASE FIX THE APP.

For the most part, I have enjoyed this game. But awhile back, the springtime level 272 had a change done to it making it go from "difficult" to "impossible". And who wants to play an impossible game?? I saw another review discussing the issue (I stand corrected.. SEVERAL other reviews!), but to sum it up.. the "wind horns" are not blowing the crowns on the bottom row. Which basically means we have some 30-40 moves to knock out ice blocking the way AND to get 20 crowns to the bottom row AND to have the gem colors match up perfectly enough to be able to move the crowns to the outer left or right columns, allowing them to drop off the board. Just dont see the point in playing any longer because of this. Especially since its been like this for awhile now (and had at least one update since and still not fixed).

Love the game but very frustrating that there are no new levels. Ive updated it but still no new levels please fix it this is getting ridiculous I still cant play the game when are you adding new levels I have all these lives and purchased things for this game and it was a waste of money

I tried to download this game and on the App Store it showed it was completely loaded but would not let me even get on it. Now when I try to delete the game it wont even let me do that!!! Very frustrating when it takes up space and Im not even able to play it!!!

I am REALLY sick of being forced to either pay $.99 to unlock more levels (you have to beat three levels to continue play and after you beat the first, the next two levels cost $.99/each to unlock) or wait 2 days to unlock the other two levels (24 hours for the first, 48 hours for the second) on a weekly basis. This is ridiculous and truly is a scam.

The recent update wont let the snowballs that come out of the horns in the summer level 283 move the "items" like the crown therefore making the level impossible to ever beat. Please fix!!!

The last 2 updates have ruined this game. The first caused the game to freeze and the second one makes it so items that used to work properly, dont work anymore. Now I cant even open the game. Please fix this before I lose my patience and delete the app for good.

I normally do not write reviews, but this has gone on long enough. Same problem as everyone else: the Alpine horns are broken. I would understand if it were for a few days, but its been weeks. Really, Disney? Going elsewhere.

Love playing this game. Been playing for a long time. Levels not as impossible as other similar games. Got to level 246, however, and Ive hit a glitch. The horns dont blow items over so this level is unbeatable. Please fix me do I can keep living this game.

I tried to delete the app and reinstall, but still having the same issue. So sad

Okay, I really love this game but OMG its driving me crazy lately! It seems like there are glitches or programming issues. Especially on level 272 of Springtime... The horns that are suppose to blow the objects WILL NOT WORK!
