Disney Frozen Free Fall Game App Reviews

I love this game but I am stuck on level 283. The horns do not blow the pieces over. I have tried many many times. Please fix this bug. Thank you!

Help, practically "Frozen" on level 246 with the horns. Tried everything to fix it. I am going to have to find a new favorite game

I would give it a negative rating if I could. The new version freezes after one level or life, which ever comes first. You lose any progress you may have made on the level and a life. The problem is getting worse instead of better. It acts like there is a memory leak from previous versions that is getting worse whit time.

The horns on this level dont moves the items, making the level impossible to beat. Please fix it

I used to love this game but am stuck on level 246 in the birthday theme whereby the horns do not blow the crowns etc and there is no way to collect them. I dont even want to try any longer. Please fix this so that I can love this game again

How about a suggestion? If you cant fix level 281 find a way so we can skip it. The level doesnt work. You were too busy getting the castle levels out that you are not working on the problem you created with the update. Another 2 days. Still not fixed. Time to look for something new. 2 days and it still doesnt work. Another day and still not working. Helpful hint - do force updates until you know they work. Still not working. If you log out the game doesnt freeze so you can play but the game doesnt work correctly. Logged back in and the game is frozen. Still frozen. Your latest update has ruined the game. Nothing works. Please fix.

I really love this game, but seasons Level 281 is stuck. The horns do not move items. They just stay no matter what I do. Hopefully you can get this fixed soon.

Level 282 is impossible. The horns wont blow the special pieces to the sides. I can only get a few pieces to drop on the top. The bottom is completely useless. Please fix this soon, I miss playing this game.

I love this game, but I am unable to pass level 272 due to a glitch from the previous update. This update still has not corrected the issue. The snowball horns will not move the tiaras, which makes the level impossible to beat! I am unable to surpass level 272, and it is becoming highly frustrating. This update was a disappointment considering the problem has not been resolved yet.

Due to the fact this app does not connect to Facebook and i was unaware of iCloud I had to start over from the very beginning which is unfair because I worked hard to get where I was..... I am thinking about deleting this app!!

I have been playing this game for two years and totally love it. I recently rated it "2" because an update created issues in the game. Todays update fixed that, though so I am updating my rating to a "5." Thank you so much for fixing this. <Happy dance>

Love but needs new levels

Great game so much fun, absolutely love it! Fantastic levels and challenges.

Recent freezing issues now fixed and everything works as it should. I like the new features where each hit adds 2 extra points to the number of moves.

Latest update made me lose everything, even did it through wifi, lost all my lives, all my boosters, EVERYTHING!!!! AND I have to start over!!!! This happened once before when I switched phones. I dont have the option to get a "cloud" account on my phone, all that time and (unfortunately) money wasted for nothing! I hope customer service can do something, although last time they did nothing when I e-mailed the problem. Extremely disappointed.

I thought because I was logging in with Facebook that my progress was safe. I did not know I had to use cloud. Because of this I lost all progress when I had to uninstall and reinstall. Now I am uninstalling for good! Not worth the time due to glitches and no sync save to Facebook.

Can you Make the levels a little easier that I dont have to waste all of my items. One more thing I missed the beat the clock levels so Please bring it back other then that awesome game. I just want the daily reward to allow me to pick the items 3 times instead picking everyday one time.
