Very disappointing!!

Same as all the above. Freezes since the last update. Unable to play. Game may be free to play but Im sure some people paid money to get extras. Very disappointing that there has been no response. Not even a hey We are sorry, were working on it. Nothing that Ive seen.
Keep this in mind when downloading future apps. If they are made by the same people may think twice about downloading.
